This is a five-storey residential project modeled from its plans. The building rises from the plot, the camera circles the facade, then goes into the living room in daylight and evening light. Your video follows the same flow with your project, your materials and your logo.

Your buyer taps a link and walks through the apartment or the building, looking wherever they want. Nothing to install; it runs in the browser on phone and desktop. Put it on your listing, send it on WhatsApp, or open it on a screen in the sales office.

Frequently asked questions
What files do you need to start?
Floor plans and elevations are enough: DWG, PDF, SketchUp or Revit/IFC files, or clear hand sketches with dimensions. Add a few reference photos for materials and style if you have them; if not, I propose a look that fits the project.
Is 3D modeling included in the price?
Yes. Modeling of the building and one unit type, up to five floors, is included in every item. If you order several items, the model is built once and the video, renders and walkthrough all come from it. Larger projects (more floors, several blocks or unit types) are quoted before any work starts.
Why are your prices lower than most rendering studios?
I am an independent studio based in İzmir, Türkiye: no sales team, no account managers and lower local costs, so the saving goes into the price. The work itself is not cut down. Every render and video comes from a full 3D model of your building, like the samples on this page, with two revision rounds included.
How fast is delivery?
Renders and videos are delivered within 2 days after your files and choices are confirmed. If a project is large enough to need more time, I tell you before starting.
How many revisions do I get?
Two rounds of revisions are included in every item. You see the first version, send your notes in one list, and I apply them. Changes to the architecture itself are quoted separately.
Which currency will my card be charged in?
Prices are in US dollars. Payment is processed by PayTR, a licensed Turkish payment institution, with 3D Secure. Your card is charged the Turkish lira equivalent of the dollar price at today's Central Bank of Türkiye rate, and your bank converts it to your currency. Your bank may add a small foreign transaction fee.
What if my project is bigger than the package?
After payment I review your files the same day. If the project goes beyond the included scope, I send you the exact extra cost before starting. You can accept it or get a full refund.
Can I get a refund?
Yes. If work has not started, you get a full refund. After work starts, the completed part is deducted and the rest is refunded. Approved refunds go back to the paying card within 14 days. Full terms are on the terms page.
What is the explore-it-yourself walkthrough?
A 3D scene of your building or interior that your clients walk through like in a video game. It opens from a link in any browser, with no app to install. The first year of hosting is included; after that it is $120 per year.
Can I use the images and videos in my ads and listings?
Yes. Everything delivered is yours to use for marketing, sales offices, listings, brochures and social media. I only ask before showing your project in my own portfolio.
Who will I be working with?
With me, Özgür Arıslıel, an engineer based in Türkiye. I build the model and render it myself, and you talk to me directly in English by email or WhatsApp.
